The ideal
candidate is a top producing loan officer who desires to close
their loans faster and increase their pipeline with the bank's
marketing assistance. Must have proven successful sales
experience in the mortgage industry, strong communication,
customer service and organizational skills in a fast paced
environment. Excellent working knowledge or FHA/VA loan
products is
required. High school diploma required. College degree
preferred.
Mortgage Processor -
Jacksonville, FL
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
the processing of mortgage loans from the time of application to
closing; reviews written applications for completeness of
information required to enter the processing cycle and for
compliance with established guidelines and policies. Minimum 2
years experience processing FHA mortgage loans. Candidate should
have thorough knowledge or criteria, guidelines and government
regulations associated with various loan types (Conventional, FHA,
VA); excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail
oriented, highly organized, team player, self-motivated and
flexible. Bi-lingual a plus. High school diploma or equivalent
required.
Underwriter (FHA) - Jacksonville,
FL
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
the underwriting of FHA mortgage loans to ensure compliance with
Lender, FHA/VA and secondary market standards. Minimum 5 years
experience underwriting FHA mortgage loans. HUD Direct Endorsement
Underwriter designation required. Candidate should have thorough
knowledge or underwriting procedures and real estate appraisal;
thorough knowledge or creditor financial analysis techniques and
mortgage credit evaluation; thorough knowledge of criteria,
guidelines and government regulations associated with various loan
types (FHA, VA, Conventional). High school diploma or equivalent
required.
